Consumer Impacts

Mr. Tarr moves that the proposed new draft be amended by inserting at the end thereof the following new section:-

SECTION_. Notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary the executive office of health and human services shall study the impacts including but not limited to any benefits or adverse outcomes on consumers. Said study shall be submitted to the clerks of the house and senate and the joint committee on health care financing after one year of the passage of this act.
