Annual Report

Mr. Tarr moves that the proposed new draft be amended by inserting in line 76 after the word "retardant" the following:-"The department shall annually by December 31 submit to the clerks of the house and senate the following: (i) list of prohibited chemicals; (2) impacts on public health and safety; and (3) any economic impacts of the prohibiting of the chemicals"
