Corrective Amendment

Mr. Rodrigues moves that the proposed new draft be amended by striking out, in line 57, the words “demonstrate through” and inserting in place thereof the following words:- “determine through scientific”; and

by inserting, in line 58, after the word “to,” the second time it appears, the following words:-

“present a toxic hazard to people through one or more potential routes of exposure; provided, further that a toxic hazard may include but not be limited to”.
