Reporting Efficiency

Mr. Tarr moves that the proposed new draft be amended by inserting in line 74 after "section 1I" the following:-"provided, in developing and implementing any new reporting requirements, the department shall take into account all current reporting requirements and the information included in those requirements, so as to prevent redundancy, minimize unnecessary administrative burdens and cost and maximize efficiency"; and

In line 95 after "section 1I" the following:-"provided, in developing and implementing any new reporting requirements, the department shall take into account all current reporting requirements and the information included in those requirements, so as to prevent redundancy, minimize unnecessary administrative burdens and cost and maximize efficiency".
