Local contribution in municipalities with 6,000 or fewer residents

Ms. Gobi, Messrs. Humason, Hinds and Lesser move that the proposed new draft be amended move that the proposed new draft be amended in section 20, by striking out, in line 535, the words “and (vi)” and inserting in place thereof the following words:-

“(vi) an analysis of the efficacy of the aggregate wealth model in determining an appropriate target local contribution for communities with populations of not more than 6,500 with high wealth residents; and (vii)”.
