Foundation Budget Review

Mr. Tarr moves that the proposed new draft be amended by striking SECTION 7 in its entirety and inserting in place thereof the following:-"SECTION 7. Section 4 of said chapter 70, as so appearing is hereby amended by striking out the first sentence and inserting in place thereof the following:-There shall periodically but not less than every 5 years be a foundation budget review commission to review the way foundation budgets are calculated and to make recommendations for potential changes in those calculations as the commission deems deems appropriate."
