Regional School Transportation Reimbursement

Ms. Gobi, Messrs. Humason, Welch and Lesser, Ms. Rausch, Ms. Comerford, Messrs. Tarr, Brady, Moore, Hinds and Feeney, Ms. DiZoglio and Mr. Fattman move that the proposed new draft be amended by inserting the following section:-

SECTION XX. Section 16C of Chapter 71 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2018 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking, in lines 7 and 8, the words “, subject to appropriation”,

and further by striking, in line 24, the words “, subject to appropriation”.
