Messrs. Tarr and Fattman move that the proposed new draft be amended by striking in line 182 the number:-"$30" and inserting in place thereof the following number:-"$40"

and moves to further amend by in line 187 by striking the number:-"$30" and inserting in place thereof the following:-"$40"
