2nd Redraft Amendment 40

Local option reserve fund for unanticipated or unbudgeted costs of recovery high school programs

Ms. Friedman, Messrs. Cyr, Welch, Brady, Eldridge, Moore and Timilty, Ms. Rausch and Mr. Lesser move that the proposed new draft be amended by inserting after section 2 the following section:-

"SECTION 2A. Section 13E of chapter 40 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2018 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting after the word "education", in line 8, the following words:- and recovery high school programs.".
