Ensuring Proportional Phase-In

Ms. Chang-Diaz, Ms. Rausch, Ms. Comerford, Messrs. O'Connor, Welch, Eldridge, Kennedy and Feeney move that the proposed new draft be amended , in section 26, by striking out, in lines 615 and 616, the words “increase foundation and increment amounts over the prior year in an equitable and consistent manner” and inserting in place thereof the following words:- “provide increases relative to full incorporation in a consistent manner, including equitable increases to the foundation and increment amounts over the prior year.”.
