Greater Lawrence Family Health Center

Ms. DiZoglio moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 4510-0810, by adding at the end the following: “provided further, that not less than $250,000 shall be expended to the Greater Lawrence Family Health Center, Inc. for programs to increase access to health care for the medically underserved in the city of Haverhill; provided further, that such programs shall include the development of a full-service community health center in the city of Haverhill with collaborative, graduate degree-level programs to train advanced practice nurses by Regis College; provided further, that the expenditure of such funds shall be contingent on the Greater Lawrence Family Health Center, Inc. providing a matching amount of not less than $250,000 in private funding”; and by striking out the figure “$1,000,000” and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- “$1,250,000”.
