Messrs. Lesser, Welch and Humason move to amend the bill in section 2, in item 7008-1117, by adding at the end thereof the following words:- “provided further, that not less than $200,000 shall be expended for the Friends of Chicopee Senior Citizens Inc. in the city of Chicopee”; and

in said section 2, in item 7008-1117, by striking out the figure “$100,000” and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- “$300,000”
