Green Economy Study

Messrs. Tarr, Pacheco and O'Connor move to amend the bill by inserting after section _ the following new section:-

"SECTION _. Notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary the executive office of energy and environmental affairs shall conduct a study on the green economy including but not limited to the number of jobs that have been created.

Said study shall be submitted to the clerks of the house and senate and the house and senate committee on ways and means by December 31, 2020."
