Peabody Trolley Engineering Survey

Ms. Lovely moves to amend the bill in section 2A, in item 7008-1117, by adding the following words:- "; provided further that no less than $200,000 shall be expended to the city of Peabody to conduct an engineering survey for the creation of a public trolley"
