Fiscal Management Control Board

Mr. Boncore moves to amend the bill by adding the following sections:-

SECTION XXX. The last sentence of subsection (b) of section 200 of chapter 46 of the acts of 2015 is hereby amended by striking out the figure "3" and inserting in place thereof the figure "2".

SECTION XXX. Subsection (d) of section 200 of chapter 46 of the acts of 2015 is hereby amended by adding the following sentence at the end thereof:-

To ensure continued transparency, all presentation materials, with the exception of those materials referred to in section 21 of Chapter 30A of the General Laws, from Authority staff to the control board at any public meeting shall be made available to the public and posted on the Authority web site at least 48 hours prior to such meeting. In an emergency, the Authority shall post materials no later than 1:00 p.m. on the date of such meeting.
