Financial training for trustees or committee members

Mr. Welch moves that the proposed new text be amended in section 1, in line 13, after the word “trustees”, the following “finance committees or related bodies, who do not have a financial background or MBA, CPA or like degree,”

And moves to further amend the bill in section 2 by inserting, in line 83, after the word “body”, the following “[body]’s finance committee or related body, who do not have a financial background or MBA, CPA or like degree,”

And moves to further amend the bill in section 3 by inserting, in line 92, after the word “member” the following, “of the finance committee or related body, who do not have a financial background or MBA, CPA or like degree,”
