Attorney General Notification

Mr. Tarr moves that the proposed new text be amended by inserting after section _the following new section:-

"SECTION_. Section 8F of chapter 12 of the mass general laws as appearing in 2018 official edition is hereby amended by inserting in line 4 after the word "year" the following:-"provided that such time for submission shall not be later than 5 months of preceding fiscal year"
