Mr. Tarr moves that the proposed new text be amended by inserting after section _ the following new section:-

"SECTION_SECTION 43A of Chapter 54 as appearing in the 2018 Official Edition is hereby amended in line 7 by striking the word "councillor" and inserting in place thereof the following:- governor's council
