Pricing Notice

Mr. Boncore moves that the proposed new draft be amended in lines 185 and 186, by striking the sentence,  “Early notice under this subsection shall be submitted to the commission in writing not less than 60 days before the planned effective date of the increase.”, and inserting in place thereof the following new sentence:--  Early notice under this section shall be submitted to the commission in writing within 3 business days after the effective date of the increase.
