Manufacturer Coupon Exemption

Mr. Fattman moves that the proposed new draft be amended by adding the following section:-

SECTION XX. Clause (2) of subsection (b) of section 3 of chapter 175H, as so appearing, is hereby amended by inserting at the end thereof the following sentence:- “This clause shall not apply to any individual that cannot be medically prescribed the AB rated generic equivalent and can provide proof from a licensed medical practitioner.”
