Mr. Eldridge, Ms. Gobi, Mr. Welch, Ms. Jehlen, Messrs. Montigny and O'Connor, Ms. Creem, Messrs. Tran and Fattman move that the proposed new text be amended by striking out, in section 15, the text from lines 223 through 235.
