Cannabis-related health data delivery

Ms. Rausch and Mr. O'Connor move that the proposed new text be amended by inserting, in Section 15, after paragraph (n), the following:-

(o) The department of public health shall provide to the cannabis control commission complete and accurate copies of all information, analyses, research, and other materials in the department's possession relevant to the health effects of using an electronic nicotine delivery system, whether acquired from regulated or informal sources, when said system delivers a cannabis product, including but not limited to lung injuries; provided, however, that the information, analyses, research, or other materials shall be provided no later than three business days after the department receives, generates, completes, or finalizes the information, analyses, research, or other materials, whichever is earlier.
