Fiscal Analysis

Mr. O'Connor moves that the proposed new text be amended by inserting the following:-

"SECTION XX. The Senate and House Committees on Ways and Means and the Joint Committee on Revenue shall conduct a fiscal analysis on expected loss of revenues and impact on programs currently funded by said revenues that could reasonably be expected to result from the passage of this act, provided that any findings be reported to the House and Senate no later than December 31, 2020.”
