Closing the EBT Loophole

Messrs. Tarr and O'Connor move that the proposed new text be amended by inserting, after section _, the following new section:-

SECTION _. Subsection (b) of section 5I of chapter 18 of the General Laws, as so appearing, is hereby amended by striking out, in line 35, the words “section 1 of chapter 64C” and inserting in place thereof the following:- section 6 of chapter 270.
