Massachusetts Tobacco and Cessation and Prevention

Mr. Tarr, Ms. Gobi, Messrs. O'Connor and Tran move that the proposed new text be amended in section 15, in proposed subsection (l) of section 7E of chapter 64C, by adding the following paragraph:-

"(6) Not more than 30 per cent of the amounts collected pursuant to civil penalties imposed pursuant to this section shall be appropriated to the department of public health’s tobacco and cessation and prevention program.".
