Foregone Revenue

Messrs. Tarr and O'Connor move that the proposed new text be amended by inserting after section _ the following new section_:-

"SECTION_. Notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary.  The department of revenue shall submit every 6 months to the clerks of the house and senate and the senate and house committee on ways and means and estimate of foregone revenue as related to this act"
