Tobacco Shop Exemption

Messrs. O'Connor and Tran move that the proposed new text be amended in Section 23, Section 28(b) by adding at the end thereof the following sentence:-

“This subsection shall not apply to ‘Retail tobacco store’ as defined in Section 22.”
