Property Seizure Limitation

Ms. DiZoglio, Ms. Gobi, Mr. O'Connor and Ms. Creem move that the proposed new text be amended in section 15, by striking out, in lines 223 to 224, the words “an untaxed electronic nicotine delivery system” and inserting in place thereof the following words:- “untaxed electronic nicotine delivery systems in such quantity as to be inconsistent with personal use”.
