Continuity of Sales

Mr. Humason, Ms. Gobi, Messrs. O'Connor, Fattman and Tran move that the proposed new text be amended by inserting, after the word “product”, in line 319, the following words:- “provided, however, that for cigarettes, “characterizing flavor” shall not include menthol”.
