Child Sexual Abuse Prevention Education

Ms. Lovely, Ms. Rausch, Mr. Montigny and Ms. DiZoglio move that the proposed new draft be amended in line 49, by striking after the word “violence;” the word “and”.

And, in line 50, by inserting after the number “(vii)” the following:-

“how to recognize and report boundary-violating behaviors in adults that might indicate they pose a sexual risk to children and youth; (viii) how to recognize and report boundary-violating behaviors in other children and youth that might indicate they pose a sexual risk to children and youth; (ix) how to communicate effectively to trusted adults concerns about body boundaries or privacy violations; (x) available school and community resources to prevent and respond to sexual abuse; and (xi)”.
