Technical Amendment

Mr. Rodrigues moves that the proposed new draft be amended in section 1, in proposed subsection (b) of section 32B of chapter 71, by striking out the first sentence and inserting in place thereof the following sentence:- “A city, town, regional school district, vocational school district or charter school that offers a sexual health education curriculum shall provide medically accurate, age-appropriate and comprehensive sexual health education.”.
