Mr. Cyr moves that the proposed new draft be amended by inserting after the word “materials.”, in line 12, the following words:- “A child that is not directly under the care of a parent or guardian may be defined as a ‘mature minor’ and able to opt in or out of the comprehensive sexual health education curriculum provided by their school.”
