Zero Emission Bus Prioritization

Ms. Chang-Diaz, Messrs. Pacheco and Brady move that the proposed new draft be amended in line 91 by striking “The plan shall prioritize the deployment of zero emission buses on routes that serve underserved communities and communities with a high percentage of low-income households” and inserting in its place the following:- “The plan shall include a mandatory majority portion of its early implementation toward routes serving low income households and households in underserved communities.”
