Near term electrification study

Mr. Tarr moves that the proposed new draft be amended by inserting in line 113 after the word "years" the following:-"Said study shall be submitted to the clerks of the house and senate, the joint committee on transportation, the joint committee on telecommunications, utilities and energy, and posted on the department of energy resource’s website"
