Regional Equity in CO2 Limit Regulations

Ms. Comerford, Ms. Jehlen and Mr. Pacheco move that the proposed new draft be amended by inserting after the words “moderate income persons” in line 114 the words:- “, in a manner that prioritizes regional equity and protects rural residents, and”.
