Accounting of Emissions Avoided, Reduced or Eliminated

Messrs. Tarr and O'Connor move that the proposed new draft be amended by inserting in line 272 at the end thereof the following new text :-

“(viii) annually calculate the unit cost per metric ton of carbon emissions avoided, reduced or eliminated pursuant to this act.
