Ms. Comerford, Ms. Jehlen, Mr. Pacheco, Ms. Gobi and Mr. Moore move that the proposed new draft be amended in section 10, by striking out, in line 130, the words “and (v)” and inserting in place thereof the following words:- “(v) address the distinguishing characteristics and vulnerabilities of rural, suburban and urban households; and (vi)”.
