DPU Performance standards

Mr. Tarr moves that the proposed new draft be amended by inserting after section _ the following new section:

"SECTION _.Notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary the department of public utilities shall develop performance standards relative to alternative energy generator inter connection to the electric grid by public utilities, and shall utilize those standards when considering any rate filing and shall include such standard in any such filing approved."
