Protection of public utility employees for reporting violations of law or risks to public health, safety or environment

Mr. Feeney, Ms. DiZoglio, Messrs. Eldridge, Keenan and Pacheco, Ms. Comerford, Messrs. O'Connor, Brady and Collins, Ms. Gobi and Mr. Moore move that the proposed new draft be amended by inserting after Section XX the following new section:-

SECTION XX. Section 185 of chapter 149 of the General Laws, as so appearing, is hereby amended by inserting after the word “thereof”, in line 9, the following words:- or a gas and electricity public utility provider.
