Clarifying authority for an Anaerobic Digestion pilot program

Ms. Chandler, Messrs. Pacheco and O'Connor and Ms. Gobi move that the proposed new draft be amended in Section 46 (ii), by adding after the words "systems or technologies" the following words:  “including renewable natural gas generated through anaerobic digestion of organic waste and bio mass,”.
