Eliminating RPS Increase Sunset

Ms. Comerford, Messrs. Pacheco, O'Connor and Tarr move that the proposed new draft be amended by inserting after section 30 the following section:-

"SECTION XX. Section 11F of said chapter 25A, as so appearing, is hereby amended by striking out in lines 18 and 19 the words "until December 31, 2029; and (5) an additional 1 per cent of sales each year thereafter"."
