Strengthening sector and economy-wide targets

Messrs. Lewis, Pacheco and Eldridge move that the proposed new draft be amended in section 4 by striking subsection (b) of section 3a and inserting in place thereof the following:-

"(b) Sector-based statewide greenhouse gas emissions sublimits for a given year shall be designed to allow the commonwealth to realize the 2050 statewide greenhouse gas emissions limit."
