Ms. Rausch and Mr. Pacheco move that the proposed new draft be amended in section 31, in line 445, by striking out the figure:- “35,000” and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- “15,000”, and in line 446, by striking out the figure:- “35,000” and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- “15,000”.
