Ensuring representation from underserved populations on the advisory council

Messrs. Tran and O'Connor move that the proposed new draft be amended by inserting in line 952 after the word “services” the following:- “, 1 of whom shall be a representative of a veteran services organization, and 1 of whom shall be a representative of an elder care association.”
