Expanding representation on the medical necessity determinations commission

Mr. Tran moves that the proposed new draft be amended by inserting in line 993 after the word “Inc.” the following:-  “; and 1 of whom shall be a representative of a veteran services organization; and 1 of whom shall be a representative of an elder care association; and 1 of whom shall be a representative of the Massachusetts Municipal Association.”
