Ms. Creem and Mr. O'Connor move that the proposed new draft be amended by inserting after section _ the following section:

SECTION _. Not later than September 1, 2020, the division of insurance and the office of medicaid shall convene and consult with a group of carriers and pediatricians regarding how to fund by July 1, 2021 the cost of screening children for adverse childhood experiences as defined by the centers for disease control and prevention.
