Ensuring access to public records regarding medical necessity

Ms. Rausch moves that the proposed new draft be amended in Section 32 by adding after the words "chapter 66" in line 477 the following words:- “; provided, however, that medical necessity criteria and other non-quantitative treatment limitations, including without limitation factors relating to the administration of said criteria and limitations, shall not be considered proprietary information, regardless of whether such criteria and limitations are purchased from, developed by, or are otherwise guided by another entity”
