Redraft Amendment 63

Bolstering transparency

Ms. Rausch, Ms. Gobi, Messrs. O'Connor and Feeney move that the proposed new draft be amended in section 51, in the second paragraph, by adding the following sentence:- “The report shall be written in non-technical, readily understandable language and shall be made available to the public by posting the report on the department of higher education’s website.”; and

in section 52, in the sixth paragraph by adding the following sentence:- “The report shall be written in non-technical, readily understandable language and shall be made available to the public by posting the report on the department’s website.”; and

in Section 53, in the fifth paragraph by adding the following sentence:- “The report shall be written in non-technical, readily understandable language and shall be made available to the public by posting the report on the department’s website.”; and

in Section 55, in the third paragraph by adding the following sentence:- “The report shall be written in non-technical, readily understandable language and shall be made available to the public by posting the report on the office of health equity’s website.”.
