Frequency of DOI Market Conduct Exams

Mr. Kennedy, Ms. Gobi and Mr. O'Connor move that the proposed new draft be amended in section 14, by striking out, in line 84, the words “24 months” and inserting in place thereof the following words:- “36 months, or more frequently if noncompliance is suspected,”.
