Speed Limit Violations

Mr. Keenan moves that the proposed new draft be amended in section 2, by striking out the figure “5”, in line 198, and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- “10”;

and moves to further amend the bill in said section by inserting after the word “hour”, in line 199, the following words:- “where the posted speed limit is 45 miles per hour or greater, and not less than 5 miles per hour where the posted speed limit is less than 45 miles per hour”
